પ્રચાર પુષ્પનો

હૃદયની આર-પાર છે.
સ્મરણ આ ધારદાર છે.

નહીં રૂઝાય ઘાવ આ,
અતીતનો પ્રહાર છે.

આ દેહ કાયમી નથી,
આ શ્વાસ પણ ઉધાર છે.

તમે કહો સુગંધ પણ,
એ પુષ્પનો પ્રચાર છે.

વાત છે

કોઇ શમણું આંખમાં આવી ચડ્યાની વાત છે.

ને નયન વાટે પછી હૈયે વસ્યાની વાત છે.

વાત એ જાહેરમાં કહેતા જરા શરમાઉં છું,

કાનમાં મારા કશું એ ગણગણ્યા ની વાત છે.

કઇ રીતે હું વર્ણવું વર્ષો પછીનું આ મિલન!
એક બીજાના ખભે રોઇ પડ્યાની વાત છે.

ક્યાં હતું આયુષ્ય લાંબુ પ્રેમના સંબંધનું?
બે ઘડી આષ્લેશમાં સાથે શ્વસ્યાની વાત છે.

આંખનું છલકી જવું કેવળ સહજ ઘટના હતી.
મેં ઘણા વર્ષે ફરી એને સ્મર્યાની વાત છે.

એમ કંઇ એવી રીતે સર્જાય છે ઉત્તમ ગઝલ,
છીપ માંથી જાણે દરિયો નીકળ્યાની વાત છે.
